ProteomeXchange comprises the member repositories: PRIDE, PeptideAtlas, MassIVE, jPOST, iProx and Panorama Public. Each dataset is given a unique identifier, allowing users to find proteomic datasets associated with specific publications. Furthermore, datasets can be searches by species names, instruments, research topics, etc.
