The KEGG (Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes) Database is a set of databases including genomes, pathways, diseases, drugs, and chemical substances. The KEGG Database can be used for functional annotation of genes from amino acid sequences and provides information on pathways, reactions, and protein families annotated proteins are associated with. The database can be downloaded via this link (Note: a subscription is required which is free for academic users but requires registration)
