The Hydrogenase Database (HydDB) is a classification system for structural and functional analysis of hydrogenases using primary sequence alone. It can classify hydrogenases into 1 of 38 different classes that each have distinct functions. The HydDB is available in both webserver above and downloadable FASTA files.
