Sung won Lim

Independent researcher at Binomica Labs (Queens, NYC), and a remote adjunct researcher in Kyle lab at University of New Hampshire.

Specializes in long-read sequencing and assembly of microbial genomes displaying high heterogeneity, with focus on downstream phylogenetic analysis. Worked on complete genome of Halococcus dombrowskii, currently working on expanded and time-scale resolved phylogenetic tree of the whole genus through re-sequencing and re-analysis of its members.
