R. Lestini is Professor at Ecole polytechnique, a high education establishment in Palaiseau, France. She has been studying DNA replication and genome stability her whole career. Taking advantage of the Laboratory for Optics and Biosciences (LOB) expertise in Optics, her team develops fluorescence microscopy and quantitative image analysis to study replication dynamics and restart in H. volcanii (Delpech, 2018; Cockram, 2021; Lestini, 2022).
